2. Money-Back Guarantee

All of our services come with a 100% Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service you purchased, contact us within 24 hours and we will either return to correct the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

This guarantee applies only to the work that was actually performed and paid for. It does not extend to services outside the agreed scope. For example, if your lawn is brown from drought, mowing alone will not make it green; results are limited to the specific service provided.

  • Late Payments: Overdue invoices may incur late fees or suspension of future services.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: We will work with you to find another time that fits your schedule.
  • Company Cancellations: If we need to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative dates.
